Debit Card FAQs & Common Situations

You will need to activate the card by calling 1-800-992-3808.  You will then also be prompted to set your PIN.

You can call 1-800-992-3808 to change your PIN.

Call us as soon as possible to have us cancel your lost card and order a new one.

Our debit cards have 2 separate limits.  A daily ATM withdrawal limit of $1,000.  And a daily point-of-sale (POS) limit of $1,000.

You will need to speak with a representative to increase your limit.  You can call us at any of our locations during business hours to have your limit raised.

Your card will expire on the last day of the month that it is set to expire.  For example, if your card expires in May, you will still be able to use the card until May 31st. 

If you do not receive a replacement card by the 20th day of the month that your card is set to expire, notify us that you have not received the replacement card for your expiring card.
