If you need a new PIN number, we are able to order a new one for a fee of $2.00.

At this time, customers cannot specify a PIN number they would like to have.  We are able to order a new PIN for a fee of $2.00, although the new PIN would not be a predetermined number.

As a security measure, your PIN number will arrive separately from your debit card.  Both should arrive at around the same time, usually within a few of days of each other.

The debit card replacement fee is $5.00 and will take 7-10 business days to arrive.  Call us or visit a KCNB location to let us know and we will order you a new card.  In the meantime, you can make withdrawals by visiting a KCNB location.

Our debit cards have 2 separate limits.  A daily ATM withdrawal limit of $1,000.  And a daily point-of-sale (POS) limit of $1,000.  

Withdrawing cash directly from our KCNB Tellers has no limit, and does not affect the ATM or POS limits.

The limit on your KCNB Debit card may be increased.  You will need to speak with a representative to increase your limit.
