What should I bring with me to go over my credit options?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your Social Security Card. If you haven’t filled out our Consumer Credit Application, you may have that filled out and signed before you stop by a location. If you’re unable to print the application, we have those available at any KCNB location. Current payroll information (check stubs, etc.) may also be considered.

Do I need an appointment to see a Loan Officer?
We do not schedule appointments to meet with our representatives. However, we do encourage you to call your preferred location ahead of time to check on availability.
Our business hours are from 8am-5pm, with the lobby open from 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday.
Am I able to submit my application online?
We currently do not provide the means for you to apply online or submit your application electronically.
Our applications are available at any KCNB location, and can also be found on our website in a fillable and downloadable PDF format.
