Yes, you will need to activate the card by calling 1-800-992-3808.  You will then also be prompted to set your PIN.

Yes, you can call 1-800-992-3808 and you can set your own PIN.

You can call us to reorder a replacement card. 

You may also stop at our Karnes City or Kenedy location to receive a debit card same-day.

Our debit cards have 2 separate limits.  A daily ATM withdrawal limit of $1,000.  And a daily point-of-sale (POS) limit of $1,000.  

The limit on your KCNB debit card may be increased.  You will need to speak with a representative to increase your limit.

You can call us at any of our locations during business hours to have your limit raised.

Your card will expire on the last day of the month that it is set to expire.  For example, if your card expires in May, you will still be able to use the card until May 31st. 

If you do not receive a replacement card by the 20th day of the month that your card is set to expire, notify us that you have not received the replacement card for your expiring card.
